EXPERIENCE DESIGN & CONCEPT : INNOSPHERE SYMPOSIUM
Synopsis: Developing a brand experience for a hypothetical multi-day event - I researched, conceptualized and brought to life the InnoSphere Symposium—a gathering designed to ignite intellectual curiosity and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. The objective was to create a memorable experience where cutting-edge expertise cohered, as encapsulated by the event's tagline.
Challenge: The challenge lay in transforming the objective into a dynamic event that would captivate and inspire a discerning audience. This required a deep understanding of the target demographic's preferences and interests, coupled with a commitment to creating an immersive experience that resonated with their intellectual sensibilities. Research, mood-boards, critiques, iterations.
Approach: Drawing on my passion for innovation and education, I curated a diverse lineup of panelists and speakers, including luminaries such as Neil deGrasse Tyson, Deepak Chopra, Toni Morrison, Elon Musk, Annie Leibowitz, and Dr. Mae Jemison. Each selection was made with careful consideration of their expertise and ability to contribute to meaningful discourse across STEAM disciplines. This formed the foundation of the InnoSphere brand, symbolizing the convergence of diverse spheres of knowledge.
Solution: Through meticulous design and strategic planning, I brought the InnoSphere brand to life across various touchpoints. From the creation of print collateral such as pamphlets and event posters showcasing the esteemed panelists to the development of a comprehensive brand identity and style guide, every aspect of the experience was carefully crafted to reflect the event's ethos. The result was a final presentation that received astounding remarks, affirming the success of bringing the InnoSphere Symposium to fruition as an innovative, diverse, and educational world event.
