Project Overview
InnoSphere Symposium is a concept-driven event experience designed to spark interdisciplinary dialogue across science, technology, art, and culture. This project translated the intellectual vision of a multi-day conference into a unified digital and physical experience—pairing high-concept visual storytelling with interface systems built to engage, inform, and inspire.

Problem Space
How can a symposium brand capture the imagination of scholars, scientists, and creatives alike—while delivering an intuitive, elegant user experience across touchpoints? The challenge was to:

  • Develop a visual system that conveys cross-disciplinary innovation without favoring a single field.

  • Design cohesive UI and print assets that function across platforms (program guides, speaker decks, social media, livestream overlays).

  • Ensure the experience feels intellectually elevated, aesthetically refined, and emotionally resonant.

Solution Highlights

  • Experience Design: Built a multi-sensory brand environment centered on geometric forms and textures to reflect the convergence of ideas and disciplines.

  • UI System: Designed digital touchpoints—from social media graphics to speaker card layouts and livestream assets—with modular components for scale and consistency.

  • Audience Mapping: Used insight from STEAM engagement research to align design tone and visual hierarchy with the cognitive expectations of a high-IQ, cross-sector audience.

Research & Design Process

  • Conducted visual and verbal tone benchmarking against leading global symposia and TED-style events.

  • Created user flows and interface mockups for digital marketing, registration previews, and in-event guides.

  • Iterated across format constraints (print, mobile, large-scale projection) to maintain coherence across media.

  • Delivered a comprehensive brand style guide to ensure long-term fidelity to the visual system.
